Always be aware of those inquiring about your ad. There have been quite a few scam artists on the internet asking people questions about their ad then telling them they will send them a cashiers check for some 3 to 5 times the amount that you are asking. This is to "supposedly" cover the shipping costs to some remote place in another country usually. The easiest way to rid yourselves of these people is to tell them that you will only accept a check for the amount you are asking.
